First impression: Revlon Lash Potion in Waterproof formula.

I'm always on the hunt for new mascaras, so when I was walking through boots and saw this I immediately  had to snap it up! I mean, just look at that amazing packaging!
It claims to magically transform lashes so they're lush and long. It also claims to have strengthening proteins. I picked up the waterproof formula. This mascara is seriously waterproof! No smudging at the end of the day and when I used my oil based eye makeup remover at the end of the day, it was still quite hard to get off! So it is perfect for summer days!
The brush has three different curves on it, to help with lengthening and non-clumping. It took a while for my lashes to get a good coat of mascara on them, but I know with new mascaras, they can be like that and after using it for a few weeks now, application is a lot smoother!
The results aren't incredible for lengthening, but I really like this mascara for an everyday mascara! If you're looking for something with lots of volume, then this might not be for you! But nonetheless it is a lovely product!

Have you tried this mascara? What are your thoughts?

Benefit Creaseless Cream Shadow in Birthday Suit - Review and Swatch!

I am a huge fan of cream shadows and I love how they are so versatile. They can be used on their own, bases to powder shadows and liners. I have super oily eyelids so they are great for me to stop my eye shadows creasing!

I was walking through Debenhams quite a while ago and walked past Benefit, saw the cream shadows and just had to swatch them all (does anyone else do this?!) and fell in love with 'Birthday Suit' immediately. After a little research I decided to finally pick it up and it has quickly become my favourite cream shadow!

It is housed in the most adorable cardboard circular box, upon opening you see a glass jar with a cream lid. I love the way that the lid is on the bottom so you have to store it upside down (kind of) as I find this helps keep my cream shadows creamy for longer.

Benefit describes this colour as a 'brushed chrome'. It is a bronze colour with a hint of grey. It is super creamy, really easy to blend and gives your eyes the most perfect wash of colour on it's own, or a great base for a neutral smoky eye.

The staying power is amazing, I have super oily skin and everything creases on me! I used a primer underneath this and it was still looking perfect from 7am to 11pm! Mac Paint Pots crease on me by the end of the day, but this little gem would not budge!
These are widely available at Debenhams, John Lewis, Boots etc, and are priced at £15.50 for 4.5g of product.

Do you like these shadows? What other colours would you recommend?
